Residential Coffee Machine Repair Center Winnipeg

  1. Acknowledgment of Service Completion:
By paying the due balance on invoices provided, the Client acknowledges that all requested service items for the listed date(s) have been performed, tested, and shown satisfactory installation or repair, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Labor service charges still apply if any repairs have been made, even if the outcome is not fully successful.
  2. Equipment Storage:
The Coffee Machine Shop will store any equipment for a maximum of 60 days from the date the coffee machine is dropped off. After this period, the shop reserves the right to recycle, sell, or use the machine for parts if it remains uncollected. The Client is responsible for retrieving their equipment within the 60-day timeframe. The Coffee Machine Shop holds no responsibility for equipment after this period.
  3. Liability for Self-Repair Attempts:
The Coffee Machine Shop takes no responsibility for any self-repair attempts made by the Client outside of our shop. Any damage caused by such attempts is not covered under our services or warranty.
  4. Payment Terms:
By accepting this invoice, the Client agrees to pay in full the amount listed in the Total section of the invoice. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. In the event of late payment, a fee of X% will be charged for any unpaid balances after 30 days from the invoice date. Failure to settle the invoice may result in legal or collection actions.
  5. Diagnosis and Inspection Fees:
A non-refundable diagnostic fee will be charged for assessing the coffee machine. If the Client decides not to proceed with the repair, this fee still applies. However, if the repair is authorized and completed, the diagnostic fee will be waived.
  6. Warranty on Repairs:
We offer a 30-day warranty on parts and labor for all completed repairs. This warranty covers any issues directly related to the repair but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or attempts at self-repair by the Client.
  7. Parts Availability and Repair Delays:
Repairs may be delayed based on the availability of parts. The Coffee Machine Shop will inform the Client of any delays caused by back-ordered or hard-to-source parts. No responsibility will be taken for extended downtime due to part shortages.
  8. Customer Authorization:
No repair work will be conducted without the Client’s explicit authorization. Additional charges will only be incurred once the Client approves the repair estimate. The Client is responsible for responding in a timely manner to avoid delays in the repair process.
  9. Abandoned Equipment Clause:
If a Client fails to collect their coffee machine within 60 days of the drop-off date, the machine will be considered abandoned. The Coffee Machine Shop reserves the right to recycle, sell, or use the equipment for parts. The Client forfeits all rights to the machine and any claims for compensation or replacement.
  10. Refund Policy:
Refunds are not issued for completed repairs unless otherwise stated. If the Client has concerns about the repair, they must report the issue within 7 days of collecting their machine. Beyond this period, the Coffee Machine Shop will not accept any claims for refund or rework.
  11. Code of Conduct and Rude Speaking Policy:
The Coffee Machine Shop maintains a zero-tolerance policy for rude, abusive, or inappropriate language or behavior toward our staff. This applies to all forms of communication, including in-person, phone calls, emails, and other messaging. Refusal of Service: Our staff reserves the right to immediately stop communication or service if the Client engages in rude or inappropriate speaking.
